This course is your first step on a journey of self-discovery, longevity and optimal health, using the Complete Science of Ayurveda as your toolbox. At its heart is a simple truth: food is the first medicine. You'll discover your unique doshic type and learn why the "one size fits all" approach to nutrition doesn't serve you. We explore how food, environment, thoughts and emotions shape your physical and emotional health, and why healing begins in the kitchen. By the end of this course, you'll understand the foundations of Ayurvedic eating: your body type, the energetics of food, and the six tastes that shape how food affects you. 1. This booking is non-transferable and only valid for the course or webinar stated. 2. A refund, less $10, is available if cancelling within 24hrs of the starting date.
