About the Recipe
I have decided to share a few of my favourite aromatherapy blends that I use in my Vitality studio, both for myself and my clients. I use these as part of my intention for the day, for both myself and for my connection with my clients.
I must state up front, that I have not had any formal training in, nor am qualified to speak with authority on the use/therapeutic benefits of aromatherapy oils. I share these recipes from a long-term, genuine love of using aromatherapy oils in my daily life.
I love to experiment and to be honest I’m not sure whether I discovered the following on recommendations, from reading or my personal explorations. Needless to say, it's been a pleasure to revisit my resources for sharing these with you. I hope you enjoy exploring these blends for yourselves.
Ingredients
VAPORISER OIL BLENDS
No 1 - Energise. Used when I want to feel energised/energise a client.Â
Lemongrass oil
Eucalyptus oil
Rosewood oil
Water
No. 2 - Calm & Focus. Used when I want/need to facilitate calm and focusÂ
Lavender oil
Orange oil
Roman chamomile oil
Water

No. 3 - Just because...Â
Ginger oil
Geranium oil
Eucalyptus oil
Water

Directions
Add 2-3 drops each, combined in water in your vaporiser Â

​​ROLLER BOTTLE OIL BLEND - 5ML
No. 4 - Sleep & Calm.
Ingredients:
Orange oil (3 drops)
Lavender oil (3 drops)
Marjoram oil (2 drops)
Patchouli oil (2 drops)Â
Carrier oil

Directions:
Place 5 mls carrier oil in your roller bottleÂ
Add each of the oils
Roll on inside wrist & temples before bed.
