Healthy Brownie

These yummy brownies are a sugar free, delicious treat that makes you want to go back for more and more. They have none of the bad stuff in them that you expect from the flavour! Quick and simple to whip up and ready for an arvo treat.

 

Ingredients: 

  • 500g pitted dates, cut up to check all dates are pit-less.

  • 1 cup roasted cashews

  • 4 tbs of cocoa powder

  • 5 tbs of coconut oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt

 

Method: 

  1. Combine all ingredients into food processor. Blend until all ingredients are chopped and mixed thoroughly.

  2. Put into tray, ensure mixture is evenly spread. 

  3. Refrigerate for 3 hours. 

  4. Enjoy!
