A few of my favourite things.
Favourite oil blends for vaporisers.
I have decided to share a few of my favourite aromatherapy blends that I use in my Vitality studio, both for myself and my clients. I use these as part of my intention for the day, for both myself and for my connection with my clients.
I must state up front, that I have not had any formal training in, nor am qualified to speak with authority on the use/therapeutic benefits of aromatherapy oils. I share these recipes from a long-term, genuine love of using aromatherapy oils in my daily life.
I love to experiment and to be honest I’m not sure whether I discovered the following on recommendations, from reading or my personal explorations. Needless to say, it's been a pleasure to revisit my resources for sharing these with you. I hope you enjoy exploring these blends for yourselves.

Vaporiser oil blend #1. Energise.
Used when I want to feel energised/energise a client.
​
Ingredients:
-
Lemongrass oil
-
Eucalyptus oil
-
Rosewood oil
-
Water
Directions:
-
Add 2-3 drops each, combined in water in your vaporiser

Vaporiser oil blend #2. Calm & focus.
Used when I want/want to facilitate calm and focus.

Ingredients:
-
Lavender oil
-
Orange oil
-
Roman chamomile oil
-
Water
Directions:
-
Add 2-3 drops each, combined in water in your vaporiser

Vaporiser oil blend #3. Just because…….
Ingredients:
-
Ginger oil
-
Geranium oil
-
Eucalyptus oil
-
Water

Directions:
-
Add 2-3 drops each, combined in water in your vaporiser
​
5 ml Roller Bottle Blend: Sleep & Calm.
Can use roller straight away, although I find the blend improves over the next few days.

Ingredients:
-
Orange oil (3 drops)
-
Lavender oil (3 drops)
-
Marjoram oil (2 drops)
-
Patchouli oil (2 drops)
-
Carrier oil

Directions:
-
Place 5 mls carrier oil in your roller bottle
-
Add each of the oils
-
Roll on inside wrist & temples before bed.
